Train Your Brain

In order to physically remove all the negative self-talk from my head, last year I did a project where every time I had one of these thoughts, I typed it out on a super cool, old typewriter, cut it up into little pieces, and put it in a plastic box. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Once I could see all the thoughts outside of my head, I had a new perspective on them. They seem so much more ridiculous and less powerful, than when they are running uncontrollably through my mind . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is just
one way that I have learned
to get control over my brain,
to train it to focus on what I want it to focus on
Because the most powerful manifesters I know
all say, that to make the things you want to have happen,
you need to #TRAINYOURBRAIN
