Mitch has been an attorney for the last 30 years at Jackson and Wilson, where he focuses on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and business litigation matters.

He has won several multi-million dollar verdicts. In 2013, he won the California Litigation Lawyer of the Year Award.  In 2009, Mitch won the Orange County Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. He recently published a new book, OVERNIGHT SUCCESS:  How to become an Overnight Success in Business and Life.  While he runs a successful law practice, Mitch jumps head first into new technologies, becoming a keynote speaker for Periscope and teaching lawyers how to use these platforms to grow their businesses.

Towards a Braver New World

Apart from being a lawyer, Mitch also serves as a speaker and consultant to professionals and entrepreneurs. He teaches entrepreneurs and lawyers about how to improve your practice and business by combining technology, social media, and live streaming.  Since 1996, Mitch has used the internet to expand his sphere of influence on a global level. He has been using social media, live streaming, AR, VR AI, and his passion for drones to develop and reach his audience.
